MISSION
Today’s underserved urban youth is not empowered, nor equipped to fulfill their highest potential, to become all they can be in life.
Our mission is to break the cycle of disadvantage by creating pathways to success for ALL youth.
Our aim is to help today’s urban youth navigate life confidently, make the transition to adulthood successfully, and assume the role of productive citizens.
We do this by equipping youth with transformational skills and knowledge in four key areas so they can play a commanding ROLE in constructing the life they aspire to lead.
